The tickets for the event can now be purchased at https://sworam.square.site/. Please note that we have only limited seating and tickets cannot be purchased at the venue.
Date & Time: Saturday, Sept 9, 2023 from 5pm onwards
Venue: Hillsboro Community Senior Center
750 SE 8th Ave Hillsboro, OR 97123
Entrance Fee: $20/adult, and $10/ Child(ages 5-12)
There will be two sadya sessions, at 5.00 pm and 6.30 pm. We will start seating the guests at the indicated times. Food serving will begin once all the guests are seated for each session. New guests are not allowed to take a seat once the Sadya has started since it makes it very difficult for serving. We may create intermediate sessions depending on how quickly a session finishes.
Please come at the designated time. Guests are required to be present at the designated start time to guarantee their seats. Late comers may have to wait till the end, and the seating is subject to availability. For example, someone with a 5pm ticket may not be permitted to sit for the 7pm slot since it will inconvenience the 7pm ticket holders who turn up on time.
To ensure fairness, we are restricting the number of tickets that can be purchased in a single order.
Please play your part in protecting the health and well being of all attendees. If you have Covid-19 like symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19, please avoid turning up at the venue.
This is a mask optional event. Covid-19 is still prevalent in the community. If you are unvaccinated or immunocompromised or an at-higher-risk individual, we request you to seriously evaluate the risk of attending.
